Important Information About Proposition 65 Warnings

You may have noticed a warning label on some of our products. This label is required by California law (Proposition 65).

Why is this warning here?
Prop 65 is a "right-to-know" law enacted in California. It requires businesses to provide a warning if their product exposes consumers to any of the 900+ listed chemicals, even in trace amounts far below levels that OEHHA (the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment) considers safe, and often up to 1,000 times lower than federal safety margins.

Is the product safe?
The presence of a Prop 65 warning does not mean our products are unsafe. These warnings are placed on countless everyday items - including coffee, furniture, and electronics-even when the risk of cancer or reproductive harm is virtually non-existent. Our products comply with all federal safety standards, and the warning is simply to meet California's transparency requirements. For more details, you can visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
