In our lunchroom, we compost food scraps and coffee grounds, diminish waste by not using single-use containers and use ceramic dishes and cups instead of paper or Styrofoam.<\/p>\n
We recycle all materials possible, use paper and packaging with\u00a0 post-consumer recycled fiber, and use solar panels for a large portion of our electricity.\u00a0 Our facilities use only natural, green cleaning products.
