Negative energy can be found everywhere including the human aura.\u00a0 Our aura\u2019s embody several forms of energy and have a powerful electro-magnetic component which is constantly soaking up and dispersing energy.\u00a0 These energies can be easily transmitted and build up around the aura unless one is aware.<\/p>\n

Negative energy can be formed in a variety of ways.\u00a0 Take for instance anger, jealousy, greed, stress, depression, violence and tragic events, they all release negative energy into the environment and compromise all that surround it.<\/p>\n

If you have ever walked into a room and immediately felt jumpy, uncomfortable, uneasy or just plain creeped out, it is the negative energy that is lingering \u00a0that is causing these feelings.\u00a0 People can also pass their negative energies onto others, intentional or unintentionally.<\/p>\n

Sacred circles have been used for centuries by various cultures and religions for protection.\u00a0 The premise of this practice is to form a barrier to protect whatever is in the circle\/sphere.\u00a0 The circle or sphere can be physical in nature or one that is created out of psychic energy.<\/p>\n

Psychic fields of protection are created by envisioning a multi-ringed circle or sphere around you.\u00a0 You can also draw one around you with your hand in the air.\u00a0 Next, fill the sphere with the ability to repel negative energies and dark forces.\u00a0 Give it the ability to render you invisible.\u00a0 This is especially important for astral travelers. Envision in your mind the sphere repelling negative energy away and rendering you and your aura invisible.<\/p>\n

Spheres of protection can also be put around family members, loved ones, pets and homes.\u00a0 Simply visualize the sphere around them.\u00a0 For best results visualizations should be done daily and before journeying to keep the sphere powerful.<\/p>\n

One of the best ways to clear negative energy from a space is by smudging. \u00a0This ancient technique can be done by anyone and only requires a few items: a smudge stick, an ash catcher and a feather to fan the smoke around the space or person.<\/p>\n

Once the smudge stick has been lit begin fanning the smoke around the room slowly, let it envelop everything and visualize the smoke transporting the negative energies away. Then open all the windows so the smoke and negative energies can leave and positive energy can enter.\u00a0 Smudging can also be used to cleanse an aura.<\/p>\n

Wearing a pendant made with stones, crystals and or talisman, such as the evil eye, is another way to protect oneself against negative energies.\u00a0 Many stones and crystals have unique properties, attributes and energies which can be used to protect and repel negative energy.\u00a0 Most dark stones like black tourmaline, tiger\u2019s eye and hematite have the attributes that offer protection.\u00a0 Stones and crystals can also be carried in a pocket, backpack or purse for protection.<\/p>\n
